Dear Dr. Bauer,
I'm afraid my thank you note is going to be alot like all the others that are in your scrapbook. We all share something in common… When we picked you to be our doctor, we made the best choice! I can understand all those notes and letters to you now. They're all true.
When I first met you I had already checked around and met with other doctors. I knew within a few minutes that you were going to be "the one." You made me feel so comfortable. In case you didn't already know, you have a wonderful staff. You seem like one big happy family… I felt right at home!
It's been 6 months now and I couldn't be happier with the results!
