I wanted to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart for coming out to the hospital that night to help me out. You went above and beyond what was expected and for that I am truly grateful!
I also want you to know what a truly exceptional staff you have working for you. When my family found out about my crisis, your staff was on the phone with them at all times keeping them informed on my condition. Special kudos to our wonderful surgical assistant and Terri who both kept me positive with their kind words and non-judgmental attitudes! Evelyn took the time in the OR to hold my hand. Smile and say such sweet things to me.
