Dear Dr. Bauer:
I have been remiss not to have written this letter long before now. As you may remember, I had breast augmentation surgery in your office in December 2003. From my first contact with members of your office staff over the phone, they were unfailingly friendly, polite, and professional. I almost belieed it was too good to be true, until I met your nurses. They, too, were outstanding!
Despite my numerous questions, my inquiries were answered politely and thoroughly. My post-op nurse, whose name escapes me (I'm sorry - but she knows who she is!), called to follow up with me every few hours after surgery - even when I knew she should be with her own family or asleep in bed! My husband and I were astounded and gratified by her concern.
As for you, Dr. Bauer, you are an artist! My husband and I are extremely pleased with the results of my surgery. Your professional and caring demeanor put me completely at ease and I had no reservations about placing my breasts in your hands (pun intended!).
My confidence in you and your staff allowed me to recommend you to my sister-in-law, for her own breast augmentation. She reported the same level of satisfaction as I! Thank you all for your wonderful care!
