Honors include graduating Cum Laude from Emory University Medical School, and a Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center where he was awarded the Nike Award for Best Surgical Result.

Dr. Bauer is a member of many professional societies including the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Georgia Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He is a contributing author to textbooks on Plastic Surgery and various scientific journals. Dr. Bauer has also been featured on CNBC, in Atlanta Magazine, and is a frequent guest lecturer and radio talk show host.

Dr. Bauer has been chosen to participate in numerous clinical breast implant studies based on his skill and experience in breast enlargement surgery.

Dean J. Fardo, MD is a native of Pennsylvania. Dr. Fardo obtained his B.S. degree in both biology and engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He continued his education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine where he graduated with Honors and was elected into AOA, the national medical honor society. Dr. Fardo completed both general surgery and plastic surgery residencies at the Grand Rapids/Michigan State University program.

After completing his residency, Dr. Fardo sought out the best additional cosmetic surgery training available, and he completed a cosmetic surgery fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic and a oculoplastic(eyelid) fellowship at PACES Plastic Surgery. This makes Dr. Fardo one of the few surgeons nationwide that has formal training in both Plastic Surgery and Oculoplastic Surgery.

After his training was completed, Dr. Fardo was an Attending Staff Physician at the world renowned Cleveland Clinic for 3 years. His specialties there were cosmetic and oculoplastic surgery.

Dr. Fardo is board certified in Plastic Surgery and a member of numerous medical societies. He has authored scientific publications and textbook chapters and has lectured at several Plastic Surgery meetings. Recently, Dr. Fardo contributed an article to the Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, entitled "The 'Anterior-Only' Approach to Neck Rejuvenation: An Alternative to Face Lift Surgery".

John Philip Connors III, MD is a double Board certified, Harvard trained plastic surgeon. His practice is dedicated to cosmetic plastic surgery and utilizes both surgical as well as non-surgical techniques. He is passionate about helping his patients restore their youthful appearance, build self-esteem and confidence, and significantly improve their quality of life. Prior to completing his advanced plastic surgery fellowship at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Dr. Connors trained in general surgery at Dartmouth Medical School, culminating in 18 years of medical and surgical training. He also received dual degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Vanderbilt University and a medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine.

While at Harvard, Dr. Connors was Chief Resident at the five major Boston hospitals, where he specialized in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. It was through his experiences at these world-renowned institutions that Dr. Connors was exposed to cutting edge surgical techniques, was trained by legendary cosmetic surgeons, and was able to develop his advanced surgical skills which he uses daily at the Swan Center to treat each individual patient.

Dr. Connors is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Surgery, and the National Board of Medical Examiners. His medical affiliations include the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He has written and published numerous peer reviewed journal articles and book chapters and has been invited to lecture at surgical society meetings around the country. Dr. Connors has also received various awards for his excellent surgical skills and teaching abilities, including Outstanding Instructor in Surgery at Harvard Medical School.

In his practice, Dr. Connors upholds the highest ethical and moral standards, focuses on open communication to achieve patient education and is committed to working together with his patients to create a personal plan to help them achieve the best cosmetic results.
