Dr. Bauer is a member of many professional societies including the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Georgia Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He is a contributing author to textbooks on Plastic Surgery and various scientific journals. Dr. Bauer has also been featured on CNBC, in Atlanta Magazine, and is a frequent guest lecturer and radio talk show host.
Dr. Bauer has been chosen to participate in numerous clinical breast implant studies based on his skill and experience in breast enlargement surgery.

Dean J. Fardo, MD is a native of Pennsylvania. Dr. Fardo obtained his B.S. degree in both biology and engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He continued his education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine where he graduated with Honors and was elected into AOA, the national medical honor society. Dr. Fardo completed both general surgery and plastic surgery residencies at the Grand Rapids/Michigan State University program.
After completing his residency, Dr. Fardo sought out the best additional cosmetic surgery training available, and he completed a cosmetic surgery fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic and a oculoplastic(eyelid) fellowship at PACES Plastic Surgery. This makes Dr. Fardo one of the few surgeons nationwide that has formal training in both Plastic Surgery and Oculoplastic Surgery.
After his training was completed, Dr. Fardo was an Attending Staff Physician at the world renowned Cleveland Clinic for 3 years. His specialties there were cosmetic and oculoplastic surgery.
Dr. Fardo is board certified in Plastic Surgery and a member of numerous medical societies. He has authored scientific publications and textbook chapters and has lectured at several Plastic Surgery meetings. Recently, Dr. Fardo contributed an article to the Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, entitled "The 'Anterior-Only' Approach to Neck Rejuvenation: An Alternative to Face Lift Surgery".

John Philip Connors III, MD studied biology and chemistry at Vanderbilt University, then attended medical school at Georgetown University. He completed his internship at Dartmouth Medical School and his plastic surgery residency at Harvard Medical School. While at Harvard, Dr. Connors was chief resident at five Boston hospitals, where he specialized in plastic surgery.
Dr. Connors is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Surgery, and the National Board of Medical Examiners. His medical affiliations include the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He has received a number of awards, including Outstanding Instructor in Surgery at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Connors has also contributed to numerous medical publications and presented at several medical society conferences.
