This was my second consultation and everything about it was so much better than the first…from their informative website to their facility and friendly staff (specifically Auburn Russell-she’s the best!), the entire experience made me feel at ease.

I went in knowing nothing and I’ve left completely satisfied with my outcome and all aspects of the practice.

The staff at The Swan Center was unbelievably friendly. I felt as if I knew them more on a personal level even after the first time meeting them for my consultation. They all provided me with the utmost concern and knowledge. I know I made the right decision and would highly recommended anyone to this practice in the future. I cannot say how thankful I am for a smooth experience, nor enough good remarks about The Swan Center.

overall, my experience was highly satisfactory. however, I think it would have been nice to have had more information about the healing process (i.e. amount of pain/discomfort to expect, significantly limited activity, length of time needed for full recovery, and the fact that they were going to look weird for months!)

Dr. Bauer and his staff were fabulous. They made you feel extremely comfortable and were able to answer all of my questions. They made me feel like I was their only patient. Overall, fully satisfied with my results and will continue to recommend the practice.
