Friendly staff, high level of experience, realistic expectations set, proximity to my home.

The staff made me feel like I was the most important person in the building. Everyone was extremely kind and understanding about any of my concerns. If I had any questions about anything, I always got an in depth answer. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I experienced the best customer servis at the swan center than any other place I have ever been.

Always highly satisfied with Dr Fardo and his staff – they are professional yet friendly and helpful. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but not always. One of the things I really admire with Dr Fardo is that he is very honest and communicates what you don’t need. That tells me he is really interested in your overall appearance and well being and not there just to do as many procedures as possible. I think that is unusual but highly appreciated in this environment.

The receptionist could be nicer.

This was my second consultation and everything about it was so much better than the first…from their informative website to their facility and friendly staff (specifically Auburn Russell-she’s the best!), the entire experience made me feel at ease.

The staff at The Swan Center was unbelievably friendly. I felt as if I knew them more on a personal level even after the first time meeting them for my consultation. They all provided me with the utmost concern and knowledge. I know I made the right decision and would highly recommended anyone to this practice in the future. I cannot say how thankful I am for a smooth experience, nor enough good remarks about The Swan Center.

overall, my experience was highly satisfactory. however, I think it would have been nice to have had more information about the healing process (i.e. amount of pain/discomfort to expect, significantly limited activity, length of time needed for full recovery, and the fact that they were going to look weird for months!)
