This is a great office with a wonderful staff

Every staff member was very courteous, professional and friendly. Dr. Fardo was very professional, and showed a true interest in knowing exactly what I would like to have done, gave his opinions, took the time to explain the procedure, made sure I understood it, and asked if I had more questions. Dr. Fardo demonstrated that he was well qualified, and most importantly, showed me that he has a true passion for what he does. Dr. Fardo pays attention to your concerns, and no question was irrelevant to him. Some doctors often forget that we’re not profession colleagues, and respond a little annoyed or roll their eyes at certain questions. As a patient of Dr. Fardo, I felt that I was treated with respect, and all the attention was given to me. I had visited other doctors before, and I had no doubt that I would have this surgery done by Dr. Fardo after my visit. I was also pleasantly surprised with the price of the procedure. I scheduled my surgery a few days after my appointment.

I have not had my procedure done yet, but I am extremely excited. I was nervous upon my arrival for my first consultation but was put at ease through the friendliness of the staff. I have my pre-op next week and my surgery in two weeks. Thank you for the the professionalism and comfort that I have received so far.

From the initial consultation to the 6 weeks post op appointment the experience with my breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Bauer was phenominal! The staff is very pleasant, informative and patient. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery. The office facility and surgery center (which are in the same building) are top notch! Dr, Bauer and his team get to know you and make your experience very personal. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bauer for your consmetic surgery needs.

They staff was so friendly and made me feel right at home. The nurse & surgeon took time to listen and answer all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. The office was super clean. I loved being able to look through photos of the surgeons past work. I know I will be in very good hands in a few weeks. I seriously can’t say one bad thing about the swan center.

Dr. Bauer was very thorough. I also felt that he was very conservative in his sizing. He answered all my questions and was able to answer additional questions from my husband. I was also highly satisfied with Wendy, the Patient Coordinator. I was very pleased with her just from our initial phone conversation. Great experience and looking forward to surgery!

Staff was very friendly from the moment we spoke. Two of the staff members provided personal experiences regarding their own procedures. The physician Dr. Bauer was rated 4th in the country for plastic surgery and I really liked that he specialzed in wanting the procedure to look as natural as possible.
