Dr Bauer made me feel extremely comfortable during my sessions with him. His staff is the most pleasant I have come across in a long time. This bring a life changing experience, I felt at ease.

I like the doctors and the entire practice. The wait time was a bit long compared to the amount of time spent with me. Would have liked maybe some pictures or images to see what I looked like that I could review at home. Also, the movie playing in the waiting area was really offensive and inappropriate. Thankfully, there were no children around! But I do trust my surgeon and had a great past experience.

Dr. Bauer is an incredible surgeon. He made me feel so comfortable through out the entire process of my surgery. He exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Dr. Bauer to anyone considering a breast augmentation. I wouldn’t have the self-confidence that I do now without him. He changed my life. He is truly a blessing from God and I’m so glad I choose the Swan Center.

Wendy Jackson is the person who answered the phone the first time I called and she was extremely professional and personable and made me feel comfortable right off the bat. She was very nice when scheduling my surgery as well. I have been pleased with every single person I have come in contact with at your practice and felt very welcome.

The entire experience was very pleasant. I was comfortable and informed every step of the way.

Everyone in the office is extremely customer service oriented. My questions and concerns answered quickly and with care. Thusfar, the result is what i was after.

I thought Dr. Bauer was awesome!! He was very down to earth and friendly and I felt very comfortable talking through the procedures with him. He exhibited a vast knowledge and understanding of what I wanted to have done, unlike any other surgeon I had previously met with.

I was treated very nicely and professionally. Dr. Fardo spent a lot of time with me explaining the procedures he would suggest, and his approach was minimal compared to two other surgeons I had consulted. I will likely ask for another consult appointment to compare the opinions I had and see what his suggestions are.

The surgeon was very knowledgable and i felt very comfortable with his experience and practice. The patient coordinator was kind and supportive.

The doctor made recommendations I hadn’t thought about and also they seemed less invasive. I have had a conversation about the fees that have been helpful also.
