Everyone I have been in contact with has been very knowledgeable about my procedure and have been able to answer all of my questions. I felt very comfortable with Wendy (my patient coordinator), the nurse (I can not remember her name), and Dr. Bauer!! I was never bombarded with phone calls or emails after my consultation and I never felt pressured to schedule my procedure. I have NO complaints about the process and I am looking forward to having my surgery at the Swan Center. I know at least 5 people who have had the same procedure done w/ Dr. Bauer and have the best things to say about the staff and Dr. Bauer!! I feel very confident that I will be 100\% satisfied with my results!

I found the staff to be extremely personable and informative. The staff seems to function as a cohesive team that has the patients best intest as a top priority.

Felt like office was run well and was satisfied with the knowledge of surgeon and office staff.

My experiene was very good with Aubrun and Dr. Fardo and the nurse. Everybody was so personable and informative. I plan on having my procedure at a later date and done by Dr. Fardo.

I like my breast implants, however I wish they were larger. They look nice but I did not want to still desire larger breasts after paying for imants.
