The staff made me feel super comfortable. I had a list of questions and they took time to answer everyone. I left feeling confident that I was making a safe decision and was in very good hands with the swan center.

From consultation to post-op, Dr. Fardo and his team exceeded my expectations. I felt heard, valued and cared for throughout my entire experience. I can not speak highly enough about Dr. Fardo or The Swan Center. The best thing about my surgical experience was how I was treated. I never felt like just a patient. This team cares. They took the time to help me research, they answered ALL of my questions (I had a lot), and they checked in on me. Feeling comfortable is just as important as the end result, and this team values that.

Dr. Cat was very thorough. She and her nurse took time to explain everything. I felt very comfortable with her and the staff. Olivia, the surgery scheduler/coordinator was very helpful also.

Dr. Bauer’s bedside manner was exceptional. The nurse, Tammy, was so easy to talk to. They had great attention to detail and treated me and my situation individually. They listened to my story. We are so grateful for our experience which confirmed our decision to come back to Dr. Bauer for this procedure after he did my breast augmentation years ago.

I was very well informed throughout the process. The staff was knowledgeable and very polite. The Anesthesiologist and Dr. Fardo explained the procedure in medical terminology and then in layman terms.
