Dr. Fardo did a great job on my neck lift and that is the bottom line. The office put me on hold for long waits at time and the office itself is not comfortable. They only offer small bottles of water. Even my dentist has a coffee maker. I spent the night there and was offered absolutely nothing. No soda, sandwiches, coffee, nothing. There were a few bottles of water which I ran through. Luckily, through some searching, we discovered some more water. I was drinking from the tap prior to that discovery. I’m not a very demanding person but if you are going to keep a patient overnight, you should offer juices and plenty of fluids at a minimum.

Dr. Fardo and team was there every step of the way. The team made me feel comfortable before the surgery started . When I woke up from surgery I was very comfortable, no pain, felt like the nurses care because they were still there with me when I woke up. This was my very first surgery, I’m very pleased with my results and I would recommend this surgeon to other friends.

Dana and Jordan were so friendly and understanding! I had never had any injections before but they put me at ease. It’s tough, I imagine to be reassuring and to explain a procedure all while telling someone you can make them look naturally, refreshingly better! Hahaha. Dana did just what she said she would do, and it was more painless than I thought it would be. I love my results! I look like myself … just better 🙂
