The entire staff treats you as though you are their only patient. They never stop listening to your concerns and take plenty of time to answer them. You always get someone who is available to speak with you when you call if the person you ask for is busy. They have a very positive vibe in their office and all seem to enjoy working with their patients and give you all the time you need. Dr Bauer is the kindest and most professional Dr I have seen and trust him and his confidence I will be pleased with results. Has a phenomenal bed side manner.

The staff was very hands-on. It was so refreshing to have people as excited as I was about the procedure. They understood my need to have my questions answered and they answered them with confidence and patience. The nurse even took my notepad and wrote down answers to my questions while I was trying on sizers. Dr. Fardo always looked me in the eye and gave me the straight answer while also being inviting and comforting. They were willing to schedule a re-consultation just so I could be clear on my wants and what could actually be done for me.

If you are debating whether or not to choose Dr. Bauer- READ ON:Dr. Bauer and his ENTIRE staff are tremendously talented, extraordinary and extremely good at caring for and catering to his patients every need. Every time I visited his stunning office, I felt welcomed, genuinely admired and doted on by the girls at the front desk all the way to the nurses in the examination rooms, the surgery center, and then of course by Dr. Bauer- the Legend- himself! His incredible attention to detail and high standards for all things in his practice make him such a successful doctor and keep patients coming through his doors. He helped me go from a size 34B to a size 34D- During this experience, I always felt valued by Dr. Bauer and his nurses- They would call to check on me after surgery, I would get reminder texts for my appointments, at my checkups, they would always give me extra tapes or ointments to use, and most of all they made me feel welcome and comfortable every time I walked through the office doors. Proof of everything I have said can be found in the volumes of memory books that you can look through in the waiting area- from thank you cards to messages written to Dr. Bauer and his staff- for their tremendous work they do every day.A nice feature at his office that is also worth mentioning are the black silk robes (instead of hospital gowns) that patients change into when coming in for an examination or to check progress with healing. Dr. Bauer and his staff have created a warm, appealing atmosphere where woman can relish in themselves and can truly feel beautiful inside and out.

I just did a procedure with Nicole at the Swan center. She is the best very knowledgeable about skincare and anti aging treatments. I highly recommend the Swan Center for all your treatments. Meghan in the spa is so personable and upbeat she makes my day every time I see her. My favorite nurse of all is Tammy she knows exactly what I need when I need it . You cannot go wrong booking your next appointment at the Swan Center.
