I worked mainly with Jessica Brock who was BEYOND AMAZING during my consideration of this procedure. She was insightful, kind, thorough and understanding! Her passion to provide incredible customer service along with her strong belief in the services that are provided by the Swan Institute did not go unnoticed. Her commitment alone to ensure that I understood exactly what I was being offered along with helping me find reasonable ways to cover the cost of the surgery can not be compared. Although I did not complete my surgery with the Swan Institute, it certainly was not due to their incredible service.

Dr Fardo is a wonderful plastic surgeon! I have seen him for 2 different surgeries and am very pleased with both. He is so patient and makes me feel so comfortable. He didn't try to push unnecessary things on me and he is very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend!

Recently had a service done in the spa and was extremely pleased with the staff and the results.  Swan has an amazing team.  I’ve gotten many compliments on how my complexion looks.  I am so grateful to not have to spend as much time with makeup in the morning.  This is the only place I would consider for future procedures.  The staff was professional, polite, and extremely kind making sure I was comfortable before, during, and after.

I wanted a fee estimate on tummy tuck and breast implant revision and only received the tummy tuck info which was way higher than my coordinator has expected and told me it would be.

The thoroughness of everyone on the staff—especially during my consultation; my questions were answered before I asked them.

I have been going to Dr Fardo for almost 10 years for my botox and fillers. Always perfect. I, by mistake, went some where else when out of town and had a bad result that Dr. Fardo even fixed for free when I told him what happened! Won't make that mistake again.
