From the initial phone call, to the consultation, everybody was very friendly made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Fardo listend to what I wanted and didnt want. He is very professional and not pushy, gave me a few options answered all my question and explained things clearly. They treated me like I was the only patient they had. Very impressed with the follow up phone calls from the nurses after my surgery. Very very Happy with the outcome. I feel more confident than I ever have. My self esteem has never been this good.

I came back to have implants put back in after being a previous patient and Dr. Bauer was the only doctor I ever considered or will ever use.

Dr. Catignani truly cares about her patients and it shows from the moment of that first consultation to the aftercare that she provides. Quite honestly, she and her staff held my hand and alleviated my fears about the procedure on quite a few occasions before surgery. Even though I took up a great deal of time asking questions, etc- I never felt rushed or that it was an inconvenience to her at all. On one occasion in particular, she sensed I was preoccupied with a family situation and took the time to sit down and talk about it with me. On top of her wonderful ability to ease her patients concerns and address questions in a realistic manner, she is a wonderful doctor whose skill is beyond compare. The results were amazing and the follow up care wonderful. I can honestly say that no matter where I move in the future when I need surgery using her is worth the drive or flight. In short, If you are searching for a skilled, knowledgeable and caring doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Catignani

I absolutely loved my experience at The Swan Center! It is a great facility with wonderful people that make you feel important and welcomed. Dr Bauer did a wonderful job and left me with beautiful, natural results. I have recommended he and The Swan Center to others!!!Having a breast augmentation after nursing 3 kids has changed me by giving me more confidence and giving my natural looking breasts that are proportioned to my body!!

I was referred to The Swan Center by several friends and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Dr. Bauer has a calming and friendly bedside manner and made me feel at ease about my first procedure. The nurses and staff were all friendly and helpful (and beautiful). The facilities are all clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back for any future procedures and have already referred multiple women. Thank you for an all around wonderful experience. After two children and a combined three years of breastfeeding I didn’t feel comfortable in bathing suits and barely filled an A cup bra. I walk more confidently and feel even better about my body than before children.

My appointments leading up to my surgery where size was discussed were not as helpful as they could have been. The REALLY helpful time didn’t come until my meeting where payments were transacted with Kennedy where real and truthful sizing conversations were had. It wasn’t until that meeting that I was able to change and feel comfortable with the size I would go with. It turns out she was 100% right about the size I needed. If I would have gone with the size originally decided on between me and the original nurse I would have been very unhappy with my results!

Friendly, upbeat staff. Immediate availability to answer questions, clean welcoming facilityI look so natural. My scars are practically invisible.
