Other than the wait time (during multiple visits) everyone/ everything was very good. Everyone was very nice and very helpful.

Came to practice to evaluate a previous implant they had done that apparently had ruptured from recent mammogram or auto accident I had been in. Doctor recommended I replace both implants which I did & also had some additional items done since I was going under general anesthesia already. I have asked 3 times now for someone in your office to prepare an itemized bill of costs associated with replacing the ONE” deflated implant & capsulectomy done on that side to remove the deflated implant, ie Surgeon fees, operating room, anesthesia, implant & garment so I may file a claim with my insurance since no one there will do it. My company has a personal insurance rep who will walk my claim thru our insurance company personally so I can get back some of the large amount I had to pay to have this correction done. No one has bothered to do this for me & only sent a copy of my estimate which will not work. I would appreciate someone calling me to go over exactly what is needed. Thank you [name & number]”

From the beginning, the staff put me at ease. Dr Bauer has a wonderful bedside manner. He made you feel like family and took away any worries I may have had. He was very honest and realistic with what he could do and what I could expect. I feel wonderful. Bra shopping is no longer a chore and I can wear tops and more importantly, bikini’s, and not be embarrassed. It’s so much easier and enjoyable to go into a store and buy a bra or a top.

Dr Bauer and staff were great. Felt right at home and safe. I am so much more confident in myself now. Wish I would of done it sooner but happy I finally went thru with the surgery.

Dr. Bauer and his team are fantastic! From the very beginning everyone was so warm and welcoming. Nancy was my patient coordinator and she was so wonderful, answering all my questions about the cost and procedures. I even private messaged her whenever I had any concerns. The nurses were amazing as well. I could tell they really cared about my welfare and well-being. They made me feel comfortable and sexy. The overall environment of the entire office and the staff is what made the whole experience for me. I am 6 weeks post-op and so so happy with my results. Thank you!

Dr. Fardo did an excellent job on my breasts. I was told by another surgeon that my breasts would have to be lifted. Dr. Fardo performed this surgery WITHOUT lifting. My breasts look amazing. They look and feel natural. They look absolutely PERFECT!! My family members were shocked how great they looked even after one week!! I am confident. I am happy!
