I’ve wanted bigger breasts from as far back as I can remember. I was always very petite as a teen and even as I was approaching young adulthood I never really filled out in the typical areas that most women fill out in. I consider myself to be very fit and I lift weights on a regular basis to assist with a more shapely figure. Even though I am petite I have always had a full, round butt and my weight training has helped me achieve what most people consider to be a “perfect” butt. Unfortunately, lifting weights shrinks your boobs and doesn’t help them “grow” like it does for the glutes. This makes me want boobs even more now to even out my figure and feel more womanly. I have always been really self conscious of my breasts but thanks to push up/padded bras, I was able to put off having a breast augmentation due to the fact that I could hide my true size from the world behind these “miracle” bras. As I get older, I just want to feel more womanly instead of constantly feeling like I’m stuck in a 16 year old’s body. After I graduated from college, I continued my research on breast augmentations and doctors. I stumbled upon Dr. Bauer from the Swan Center for Plastic Surgery again and I decided to book a virtual consultation. So far I am very pleased with the level of service the staff at the Swan Center offer and the vibe that I get from Dr. Bauer. I feel comfortable going through with the procedure. Since I am flying in for my surgery, my pre-op appointment is scheduled for the day before my surgery. I was told that the Swan Center has the largest inventory of breast implants in the Atlanta area so I am hoping that I can find the perfect pair of implants to suit my body frame and size. Dr. Bauer has already said that he recommends I have silicone implants via the inframammary fold and under the muscle. I’m really excited to try on the different size implants in my next consultation. I’m hoping for 250-300ccs but we will see what the doc recommends. I’ll keep you all posted!

– 32AA hoping to be 32C

I love dr bauer! His nurses are also eager to help. The practice is generally easy going and I felt no stress; yet they are organized. I like the print outs they give explaining what to so each step of the way I don’t have to worry about the process or next steps; I just do as I’m told at each visit!

The staff was very informative and helpful, they made me feel like I was not just another patient to be pushed through. The doctor was more than descriptive in his explanation of my issues and the possible procedures needed to correct them. He seemed very confident that he could help. My previous surgeon made me feel discouraged and very unimportant, after meeting with Dr. Bauer and his staff I have such hope that I can achieve my desired outcome.

Everyone made me feel comfortable and safe. I was given all the information I asked for; they spoke with me, gave me written information and then emailed me everything we went over.

Everyone was really helpful. I wasn’t sure which size would suit me and the doctor and the nurses eloed out alot. They were all so patient with me. I loved it because I got exactly what I asked for and Dr. Fardo literally is the best. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and I tell everyone I know who wants to get anything done about him.

Dr. Bauer is amazing! He truly cares about you as a person and as a patient. He listens to exactly what you want and is extremely professional. I absolutely love my new breast and this has been the best thing I ever did for myself.

Dr. Bauer is the sweetest Doctor of all times! He takes pride in his what he does, he is kind, he gives compliments, he is eager to build confidence and make his patients smile with his presence!

My outcome was exactly what I hoped for!

It was my first so wasn’t sure what to expect. Overall very satisfied, just think I will need to do a bit more the next time as the results were not exactly what I was hoping for.

Dr. Fardo, all of the nurses and staff were extremely nice and very accommodating to myself and my husband. I have already referred my friends to see you guys, and we live 1.5hrs away, but it is worth the drive for the outcome and experience that I have received from The Swan Center!
