I worked mainly with Jessica Brock who was BEYOND AMAZING during my consideration of this procedure. She was insightful, kind, thorough and understanding! Her passion to provide incredible customer service along with her strong belief in the services that are provided by the Swan Institute did not go unnoticed. Her commitment alone to ensure that I understood exactly what I was being offered along with helping me find reasonable ways to cover the cost of the surgery can not be compared. Although I did not complete my surgery with the Swan Institute, it certainly was not due to their incredible service.

I wanted a fee estimate on tummy tuck and breast implant revision and only received the tummy tuck info which was way higher than my coordinator has expected and told me it would be.

The thoroughness of everyone on the staff—especially during my consultation; my questions were answered before I asked them.

The entire staff was extremely competent, professional and very friendly and caring, including surgeon Dr. Bauer. Very attentive and thorough throughout the process from the initial consult to the post-operative appointments. I felt like I was appreciated and respected throughout the procedure, and these people are actually concerned with me and my husband as people as well as patients.After several years of feeling self conscious about my sagging breasts and how they affected my appearance in clothing and how I viewed myself naked before my husband, this surgery has given me pride in my appearance and confidence when I go out in public, as well as feeling sexy and attractive for my husband.

The entire experience with staff, physician Dr. Bauer, and the Swan Center facility was better than I imagined it could be. Very friendly, professional and more than competent. So glad I had my procedure here!

My BA is absolutely perfect to what I wanted. I am so happy with how natural they look and feel… I almost can’t believe it. Forgot I even had a breast augmentation because they are so real to me. Extremely friendly staff, comfortable environment, would have been satisfied with more communication with the surgeon… However he did an amazing job. The operation and experience went smoothly. It was slightly difficult being out of town and coordinating visits.. This may be difficult to staff but being out of town and due to convenience things could have been just a tad better. My confidence has skyrocketed, I feel more feminine with my BA. I am so happy when I look in the mirror… After about 6 weeks I could not stop touching, playing, and looking at my boobs…. Lol tried not to do it in public but I was like wow is this really me?!
