It was difficult to get in touch with my patient coordinator. I’d leave message, trying to pay on my account, and it would take a over a week of me repeatedly calling to get in touch with my coordinator. Sometimes other coordinators would take my payments, since I mentioned I’d been trying to make a payment for over a week.

Dr. Bauer and his team made me feel so comfortable with answering all my questions and easing my concerns prior to and after surgery . Dr. Bauer even called the evening after surgery ! That is hard to find anyone who does that with their patients anymore.

There were times that I felt like I was chastised for certain sensations I was feeling. The doctor was great in his bedside manner very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised by how much he remembered about me. He had the tendency to hold my hand while he was explains things. I think it is a sign of sincerity, but after a minute or two that made me uncomfortable. I never felt threatened though. My results are exactly what I wanted. Dr. Bauer is very talented!!

Having my breast augmentation is the best desicion Ive ever made for myself! After having my two sons and breast feeding for almost 3 years I was left with cow utters. Lots of skin and a nipple. Not so cute!! It was rough on me and my relationship with my husband. I was embarrassed. I was 31 and breast like a 90 year old woman. They look amazing and natural now!!! I couldn’t be happier with my results!!!…The staff make the office feel like a place you’d want to hang out at, like they are all your best girlfriends. Dr. Bauer had a fantastic bed side manner and gave me exactly what I wanted! He truly understood that I wanted a natural look!! No giant round cantaloupes!… When ever I had a question or a concern post-op, they immediately got me on the phone with my nurse or in to see the doctor. It was truly a great experience and I would recommend Dr. Bauer to anyone interested in a breast procedure. He is the boob master!!

I’ve never felt so taken care of or been treated so kindly. If I have anything ever done again (plastic surgery wise) I will 100% be returning to The Swan Center. Dr. Bauer was the sweetest doctor and was so concerning about what would look best for my size. I am completely satisfied with my surgery and so happy I picked him as my surgeon!

The entire experience was wonderful until the day of surgery. We arrived on time and had to wait about 4 hours before I was brought in for surgery. I hadnt eaten since midnight the night before and the nurse was very vague about how long we would have to wait, I was getting anxious,nervous and hungry and asked if we should reschedule. My husband feels strongly that I wasnt prepared to leave surgery so quickly and I should have stayed in recovery longer. I could barely walk and dont even remember coming home.

Dr. Bauer is the most highly skilled breast augmentation surgeon tgat I coukd possibly have chosen. My results are amazing- went from asymmetrical 34 As with no cleavage to perfect symmetrical 34 Ds with huge cleavage. Couldn’t be happier!. ?

Everyone on staff is very warm, open, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt very welcome and at ease. The surgeon (Dr. Bauer) is very thorough and respectful.
