Dr. Bauer is an excellent plastic surgeon! To exemplify such a wonderful chair side manner, be as knowledgeable and current in this profession, and follow through with his clinical skills to obtain excellent results, made me a very pleased patient. Most doctors usually excel in one category, but to excel in all, is very rare.

All of the staff was extremely friendly and even stayed late with me to answer questions that I had. It was a very enjoyable and exciting experience.

The Swan Center is a warm, friendly and comforting environment. The staff and Dr. Bauer all do a wonderful job, and made my experience a great one. I am extremely confident in my choice of the Swan Center, and I am very pleased.

Dr. Bauer did an amazing job on my breast augmentation and was very respectful and caring. The fact that he personally called me the afternoon following my surgery to see how everything was, meant a lot to me. He absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. The nurses and staff were awesome too. They made me feel very comfortable and welcome in their facility. I will definitely reccommend anyone to Dr. Bauer and The Swan Center.

I would have selected highly satisfied if the survey were about the surgeon only. His work, attitude and professionalism are all exceptional. Most of the nurses were very helpful. The day before surgery at 1pm I still had not heard what time my procedure would be. I called to inquire and the receptionist was very snippy and told me they would tell me in a few hours. A couple of hours later I still had heard nothing and finally when checking my email saw a note from the nurses ID with the surgery time. I wish I would have known to monitor my email versus a phone call they told me I would receive. Also, the email had spelling errors in it…kind of unprofessional. Another reason would be wait time on day of appts. It is just not acceptable. I also found the patient coordinator to be a bit odd in trying to develop a girlfriend buddy” type relationship up until the point that you pay and then she was done with me. Examination rooms are cold and pre-op room was freezing! The nurse had to bring in a heater! All in all I wanted the best surgeon which is what I got, so I would forgive the other issues to use him again. “

Was a good all around experience. I felt very comfortable from the beginning to end. Very friendly atmosphere. Felt comfortable to be myself. Most importently, I left feeling like I was in good hands.

I have seen Dr. Bauer’s work, I think I am in for great results. I am super excited!

Seriously… amazing practice, knowledgable friendly staff, talented surgeon… natural looking wonderful boobs!I was referred to Dr. Bauer and I would refer him to my own sister. Capable surgeon who is very busy because he is great at what he does. So the only thing that I can say negative is that appointments aren’t always on time. So, just set yourself up with your coffee and iphone or sit an watch one of the “chick flicks” that they play in the waiting room 🙂
