The only experience that I feel could be…
The only experience that I feel could be improved is with the postoperation visits. I feel the information given to purchase the correct” bra was not easy to execute or understand. At the 6 month visit I was told that the bra I had selected was “maybe” not as supportive as it should be. The patient coordinator was the same as I had at the 3month visit on the first fitting and I had gone back and purchased other bras and sizes that she had reccomended. I could not locate the bra from Soma or others noted on the paper I was given. I was told to visit the store downstairs and see what they had. “Really?” This is what you recommend? I am shocked that these are the approved bras. My grandma has bras like these. They had no support, no padding what so ever. All lacey material with pointy nipples, full coverage… and no options for bras to wear under tight fitting t-shirts. This is for your patients who have had breast augmentations. I left there confused and frustrated. “

Wish I was able to see before and after pictures for the type of procedure, Spend more time trying on breast sizes with the correct size bra, had More of a negotiable fee, And availability of surgery date.

My surgery was to fix an implant that had…
My surgery was to fix an implant that had moved (because I didn’t listen well to instructions.) As with every other visit, the staff is very friendly, knowedgeable, and patient. They take the time to answer all questions and concerns until you feel comfortable. I proudly refer The Swan Center to anyone thinking about breast augmentation, and know of a few who have since scheduled. Keep up the great work!
