Dr. Fardo, his nurses & the staff were absolutely incredible. I literally could not say one negative thing. After conducting months of research and meeting with 3 other plastic surgeons in the North Fulton area, I chose Dr. Fardo. I felt that he understood my goals and concerns the best and he made me feel so comfortable. First off- I have an extremely low pain tolerance and I don’t handle blood/needles/pain well. On the day of my surgery, I literally passed out when the nurse stared my IV. I’m a HUGE baby but after the surgery, I was never in pain. The “worst pain” I felt was a couple of days post-op and it felt like I went a little too hard at the gym and my muscles were sore/tight. I only took pain meds for 2 days and I was able to go out to dinner with my friends the next day. Now, I’m a little over a month out and I feel almost 100%. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience. Dr. Fardo, his nurses, & the Swan staff took such great care of me before, during, and after my surgery. Everything was as expected.

The surgeon checked all my boxes as far as: providing visual after simulation photos, understanding what I would like to change, being board certified, thoroughly discussing financial information. Dr. Fardo has a demeanor about him that is very trusting. He operates in a very professional manner. His staff seems to respect him. At the end of the day, you need to trust the surgeon you choose.

From start to finish the staff was A1 excellent…my experience with Dr. Fardo was nothing short of amazing…I am so pleased with my tummy tuck, he called me the same night I had surgery Just to check on me, that meant a lot…..I would highly recommend him to anyone, a great Dr. Indeed!

Everyone I spoke to or met was so nice and very knowledgeable when I asked questions; from booking my consultation straight to booking my surgery. They made me feel welcome, cared about my informed decision, never pushed me in a direction I was uncomfortable, and really walked me through the entire process. They really take their time with individuals and don’t push through the appointment just to get the next person in.

I had a few different consults and I felt so comfortable leaving the appointment with Dr. Fardo. His staff was so friendly and time considerate, Dr. Fardo took the time to explain the procedures thoroughly and actually listened to me and my goals. He was realistic with the outcome and I have been so pleased with my results so far! Will recommend him and the Swan Center to anyone that asks me!
