I am 20 years old, college student. I have also had issues with the appearance of my nose. For as long as I can remember people had made fun of me for it and I also wanted to change it. However, I was very very scared for the process and also afraid that I wouldn’t look like myself. I met with many many docters in the Atl area and immediately after sitting down with Dr. Fardo I knew he was was going to do an amazing job. He made the process so easy and exciting. My first visit with Dr. Fardo was for Botox in 2017. He is personable, knowledgeable, professional and kind in his approach. He made me feel at ease about something as simple as Botox since it was my first time. I knew something about this plastic surgeon was different. He takes pride not only in his work but his patient care is impeccable. A year later in 2018 I decided to explore the idea of liposuction in the abdominal area. I was nervous at first but after my consultation, again he put me at ease. He did EXACTLY what he said he would do before and after the procedure. I am soooo excited and pleased with my results. I’m over the moon. I trust Dr. Fardo with all of my cosmetic needs. Choose Dr. Fardo,,,,you will not be disappointed. Next year in 2019 I will return back to Dr. Fardo for more cosmetic surgery. He gives you all of the information you need to make a decision and will not give you unrealistic expectations. He makes you aware of what to expect before, during and after your procedure.

The Swan Center is an absolutely amazing place to be. From their unique name to their inviting and relatable personalities, I don’t think I could have chosen a better place to have my procedure. I have always been flat-chested, to the point that it was my biggest insecurity. Dr. Fardo and his team of nurses completely understood my dilemma. He listened to my expectations and told what was realistic and what was not. His nursing staff knew that I was detailed oriented so they took notes for me while I tried on different sizers. I always felt comfortable and welcomed. In the months following my procedure, I would look in the mirror and almost cry with joy. I finally feel complete. I finally got what I wanted. It takes time for the body to get used to this invasion. The first few weeks will be strange and it may even seem like not much has changed. Trust me. It has. It has been four months since my breast augmentation and I can say that I finally look exactly how I’ve always desired. I wouldn’t go back to the way I was if someone offered me a million dollars. LOL! Thanks Dr. Fardo. You truly changed my life.

Everyone was really kind, and really informative. I knew exactly what to expect before going in and afterwards/during recovery. If I had any questions they did their best to answer it too.I don’t hate my nose anymore. I can be sitting/walking around and not worrying about how ugly my nose looks from my profile view.

I don’t even know where to begin I guess I can start with I love his staff they are all welcoming and very concerned about your well-being and have your best interests at heart. His staff will make sure that you are the best candidate for surgery, my blood pressure was very high and they worked with me to bring my blood pressure down before I can even have the procedure Procedure done they kept calling and checking up on me to see how I was doing and making sure i was doing what i suppose to so i don’t fall into the hypertension category and made sure I am maintaining my appointments with my primary honestly I can go on and on and on just on the staff alone but let’s get to the bread-and-butter of things Dr Fardo OMGI love that man I mean I would marry him if I could his genuine concern for his patients Before the surgery and after Is awesome from the personal phone calls to the emails and having a direct line for him if you have any questions or concerns after surgery Lets me know I will not go to another doctor Doctor Fardo is the one for me And I love my outcome so much that I referred my mom who has an appointment in 2 more weeks and can I just say my breast are gorgeousssssssssssss I also got a chin implant as well as filler and I am over the moon happy with everything I now look like a new and improved me “Hell every morning I look in the mirror and get out the shower I have to Pat myself on the back girl you look great” i thank him as well as my fiance thanks him Who didn’t know what I had done until I told him my breast look so natural and if you take his advice and do your massages they will settle in great and feel great I mean they really look good. The chin implant really balanced out my face and now I don’t shy away from the camera like I use to now all sides of my face is my good side and that’s just being honest another doctor who is well known in Atlanta wanted me to have a major jaw surgery that was going to cost me me around 11,000 to do and I was prepared to pay it to have it done but when I went to dr fardo who could have easily told me the same thing and charged me a arm and a leg he was honest and told me I didn’t need that and that there were other options not only that but cheaper with minimum downtime and I’m glad I listened and did the chin implant it made a very big difference in a great way I say all of that to say this if your trying to decide on a doctor who is not about money and more concerned on what will look best on you naturally without looking overly done( because we all know some people go overboard with cosmetic surgeries to where they no longer look real) he is not that type of doctor he will tell you what you need to hear not what you always want to hear and I love that. YOU CAN’T GO WRONG WITH DR FARDO IF YOU WANT A NATURAL LOOK HE IS GREAT THANK YOU

From the get-go Dr. Fardo and his team have been amazing and kind. I wasn’t too sure how to explain what I wanted in my nose, but just by looking at my nose Dr. Fardo was able to pinpoint exactly what needed to be done. On top of that, he even took it to the next level and showed me what else I could get done to make my profile view the best it could be. The service does not stop once you get the surgery done. They will call you afterwards the day of surgery to make sure you are doing alright. And if you have any questions or concerns between post-ops they will do their best to help you! I didn’t know what to expect going into plastic surgery, but I am amazed at how everything turned out. They tell you how everything will go start to finish, and the healing process was exactly as he said. He is so kind and professional and does his best to keep you informed and feel at ease. I honestly don’t think I could have picked a better doctor, and I highly recommend him and his staff!

Words cannot explain on how pleased with my decision to choose Dr. Fardo at the Swan Center. First off I work overseas and they were very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. The patient coordinator is an angel she kept in touch with me through the whole process and was so sweet. The nurses are just as pleasant and just seeing their smiling faces made me feel at ease and calm. They are so knowledgeable and friendly it’s like your talking to a friend. And Dr. Fardo is just the best. He took the time to actually listen to what I wanted and what I didn’t want. At first I wanted Lipo as well by he was honest with me and told me that I wouldn’t see much of a difference because I didn’t have much fat. That alone made me extremely pleased because most doctors would’ve let you waste your money on an unnecessary procedure. The anesthesiologist was so comforting and very helpful with putting my mind at ease right before the procedure that all my nerves were almost gone. Dr. Fardo came in just before the surgery to clarify what I wanted and what I didn’t want so that everything would go perfectly. I am sooooooooo pleased with my results they are exactly what I want and then more. I’ve had surgery before and I’ve never had such a pleasant experience such as this. The Swan Center made me feel like family and not just another patient. If I want anything else done I will make the trip back to The Swan Center!The single best thing about my experience were the staff and doctor. Nothing compares to good customer service and they delivered that plus more. The results were amazing but the staff made this experience one to never forget!

The staff before and during my surgery were excellently trained and friendly. Dr. Fardo was gentle, kind, and most importantly straightforward. He was able to best suggest what would work for me, even with my difficulty with English, he was able to understand what I wanted. Honest, kind, and gentle. Loved my experience overall. I feel extremely confident now and wish I would have done this years ago. I’m very happy with the result, it’s beyond my expectations.

Dr Fardo takes the time to understand what you want and make adjustments based on your skin. He never makes you look lumpy just naturally younger. He is very honest and will tell you if you don’t need work.
