The staff was very pleasant from the first phone call though my entire consultation. greatly enjoyed my visit. The atmosphere was so welcoming. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable and at ease about what I wanted to have done. He is very knowledgeable and professional and I greatly appreciated that. I knew exactly what I wanted to do after my consultation and felt comfortable about my decision to move forward with the procedure.

I am highly satisfied with the work and bedside manner of Dr. Fardo. The results were more than I could have hoped for. His team was perfect. If I come back or refer a friend it will be solely because of him. Having Dr. Fardo as my surgeon was the best part of my experience. I couldn’t have asked for more in a doctor. He was compassionate, efficient but most importantly he was completely transparent in his explanations and executed exactly what needed to be done to to achieve my desired results.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Fardo. I originally went in for a consultation for rhinoplasty. He didn’t ask for pictures of what I wanted like past doctors had done. He looked at my face throughly and discussed what bothered me and what my end result would be like. He suggested I get a chin augmentation as well, so my side profile would be more balanced. The staff was very hands-on. It was so refreshing to have people as excited as I was about the procedure. They understood my need to have my questions answered and they answered them with confidence and patience. The nurse even took my notepad and wrote down answers to my questions while I was trying on sizers. Dr. Fardo always looked me in the eye and gave me the straight answer while also being inviting and comforting. They were willing to schedule a re-consultation just so I could be clear on my wants and what could actually be done for me.
