From consultation to post-op, Dr. Fardo and his team exceeded my expectations. I felt heard, valued and cared for throughout my entire experience. I can not speak highly enough about Dr. Fardo or The Swan Center. The best thing about my surgical experience was how I was treated. I never felt like just a patient. This team cares. They took the time to help me research, they answered ALL of my questions (I had a lot), and they checked in on me. Feeling comfortable is just as important as the end result, and this team values that.

I was very well informed throughout the process. The staff was knowledgeable and very polite. The Anesthesiologist and Dr. Fardo explained the procedure in medical terminology and then in layman terms.

The staff was very helpful in answering all of my questions each time I came in before my surgery. They made me feel more relaxed about the process. And I like my nose much better than before!

I can’t begin to explain how happy I am with my results and I am only 11 days in post op! Dr. Fardo was so nice, very down to earth, and very attentive! He did not mind at all listening as oppose to other plastic surgeons I spoke with who did the complete opposite(Shopped around with 3 others)! Everyone there made me feel so comfortable and honestly I am so blessed I couldn’t have wished for more as this is my very first time dealing with plastic surgery! So to say the least I was super nervous to even coming to consultation! My Rhinoplasty experience couldn’t have gone better! Thank you all!

Dr. Fardo is amazing. He makes you feel so comfortable & he’s so trustworthy. I recently brought my daughter in law with me for her first Botox treatment & she got her lips injected. We went back 2 weeks later & Dr. Fardo gave ya a touch up & a discount for some more Botox. Our nurse Stacy couldn’t have been sweeter & made my daughter in law’s first visit comfortable even though she was super nervous.

Dr. Fardo and his staff were all very kind and welcoming. Dr. Fardo took time to exam my area of concern and explain in detail what would be realistically achievable.
