From the beginning, the staff was great and welcoming. I had almost no wait in the lobby before I was seen. I felt that my questions were welcomed and answered with patience. Dr. Fardo made me feel very comfortable with moving forward with him as my surgeon.

I felt I was a valued patient from the moment…
I felt I was a valued patient from the moment I called to schedule the consultation. I had a pleasant experience with everyone I met with. I left the consult well informed about the procedure and felt all my questions were answered in an unhurried manner. I did leave knowing I would have 2 additional consults with 2 different practices, but I did leave feeling confident about the procedure if I decide to go with the Swan Center and Dr. Fardo.

Dr. Fardo did a great job on my neck lift…
Dr. Fardo did a great job on my neck lift and that is the bottom line. The office put me on hold for long waits at time and the office itself is not comfortable. They only offer small bottles of water. Even my dentist has a coffee maker. I spent the night there and was offered absolutely nothing. No soda, sandwiches, coffee, nothing. There were a few bottles of water which I ran through. Luckily, through some searching, we discovered some more water. I was drinking from the tap prior to that discovery. I’m not a very demanding person but if you are going to keep a patient overnight, you should offer juices and plenty of fluids at a minimum.
